Learning English through social media
Since most of the frequent users of social media are young people, I believe that social media could somehow be a tool of learning genuine English. While Facebook is now often being used as a vehicle of sharing news or articles, instagram may probably took its place as the most popular tool of sharing one's feeling and life. And the words or sentences being used is more related to daily life. Also, hashtags could often being found in the description of an instagram post, and they are mostly popular issues of the recent days. Therefore, I think browsing and tapping like on instagram is no longer just a recreational activity but could help improving and catching up with the latest trend of the U.S.A.

Listening
聽的部分，我以前國高中比較常聽ICRT，發覺對聽力助益良多，因為內容偏向流行音樂以及演藝方面，較不沉重、枯燥，能讓聽眾能依照自己的興趣來學習，而不是為了要訓練英文而強迫自己聽沒有興趣且無聊的東西。
還有另外一個是朋友推薦，他說滿一本程度較高的英文學習雜誌，反覆的聽CD且把語速調成兩倍快，雖然剛開始聽很痛苦，但能幫助聽力大幅提升，這個方法我目前還沒有試過，會再找機會練習。
也可以看西洋電影時，試著不看字幕，不要過度依賴中文輔助，試著看懂這部電影。
Speaking
口說部分，一定要常聽native speaker的發音，並且跟著開口練習，我覺得最有效的方法是買一本英文學習雜誌，難易度不拘，我國中的時候是用Time for Students但現在好像停刊了(？) 我會常常放課文聽，聽久了就會背了且會模仿他的發音，一陣子過後發現發音真的進步很多。
Reading
讀的部分，我發覺是四個裡面最容易退步的，如果久了生疏，閱讀速度會變得較慢且不太會抓重點，如果不想給自己太大壓力的話，推薦看暢銷小說如：The Hunger Games, The Maze Runner等等。
除了讀之外，試著去看他怎麼寫作文的，可以學習他的技巧。

我覺得讀跟寫是相輔相成的，如果能大量閱讀，字彙量與句型以及寫作技巧自然會提升，可以選擇幾本難易度適中自己且有興趣的讀物來閱讀。我很推薦用collocation來找到最合適且通順的前後文，可以降低中翻英這種寫作方法，造成拗口的英文。

Activities for ESL Students
Activities for ESL Students is an internet resource that contains grammar quizzes, vocabulary quizzes, crossword puzzles and it is categorized into three to four levels. Learners could choose a quiz that suit his or her English ability the best. Moreover, it also features bilingual quizzes within 50 languages, from Arabic, Bulgarian to Vietnamese and Zulu.
I think the website is a good resource for language learners to obtain evaluations to check on their study. Websites like this for English learners may be commonly seen but not for learners who try to acquire special languages.

Summarize
Visiting South Africa safaris may be a chance to take any forms to encounter the greatest multitude of wild creatures. Winter is the ideal season to go on this trip, lifeless trees and plants makes spotting animals easier. And because of the limitation of water and food, animals often leave their dens to hunt. For the rookies, Kruger National Park and Hluhluwe-iMfolozi stand out from 600 parks and reserves of South Africa. Private reserve may cost too much but it is surely a comfortable spotting-animal experience. There will be less crowded, and the schedule is flexible and the tour guide could give you an individual attention. And if it is what you want, Sabi Sand is a highly recommended one. Driving to the national parks may be time consuming but you may find spectacular national attractions or beautiful small towns on your way. If time is pressed, flying to the destination is the most convenient choice. Last but not least, enjoy your chill out in South Africa!
